Overseas M & A Risk Management Seminar -for Chinese enterprises

On December 5, 2017, the "Overseas M & A Risk Management Seminar for Chinese Enterprises” was hosted by China M & A Association(“CMAA”) in Foshan, Guangdong. More than 80 representatives from various agencies, associations and business representatives participated in this seminar.
   

The seminar invited a number of experienced experts to focus on the opportunities and challenges, the latest overseas investment policy guidance, legal risks and coping solutions of overseas M & A transactions.

KW Capital was invited to attend the seminar, and our partner Mr.Liu Da held an experience sharing section on our overseas M & A business, as well as introduced valuation techniques and methods adopted in overseas M & A. Our clients including Dong Fang Precision(VMTDF) and Midea Group were also invited and attended the seminar as enterprise guests.
