Acting as sell-side FA to Mofan Luma for its strategic investment from listed company Ruoyu Technology

In June 2022, a subsidiary of Ruoyu Technology Co., Ltd. (“Ruoyu”, stock code: 003010.SZ), a well-known comprehensive e-commerce service provider, completed a strategic investment in Guangzhou Mofan E-commerce Co., Ltd. (“Mofan Luma”), a Douyin e-commerce service provider.

Mofan Luma is one of the earliest service providers (DPs) to enter the Douyin live streaming sector. It has become the preferred service partner for many renowned domestic and international brands, and is also among the few profitable DPs nationwide. Ranked as one of Douyin’s Top 10 Annual Service Providers and a think tank DP, Mofan Luma maintains its position as a top-tier DP on the Douyin live streaming platform. Following this strategic investment from Ruoyu, both parties will unlock business synergies and fully upgrade their comprehensive service capabilities in Douyin content marketing.
