Key Wealth Capital (referred as “KW Capital” thereafter) is a boutique investment bank, focused on global M & A advisory. We founded KW in 2010, with advisors from the Big Four accounting firms, leading investment banks and other fields of expertise.

Drawing upon the rich experiences in global M & A, Auditing, Finance, Tax and Capital Market Operations, we offer clients a seamless deep advisory service. Our guiding principle is to create value for our clients.

Today, we have completed over 10 cross-border M & A deals, which amounted to over RMB 6 bn, and multiple financial advisory projects. We earned our clients’ trust. More importantly, we built long-standing strategic partnerships with many clients through our advisory services.
