Simon Liu

Simon Liu, the founder and managing partner of KW Capital. Since the establishment of KW Capital in 2010, Mr. Liu has led the team completed many cross-border M & A projects and financial advisory projects successfully. 

Mr. Liu worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than 11 years (3 years in the United States). During his tenure with PwC, Mr. Liu provided auditing and M & A services to numerous large Chinese and US companies and obtained a deep understanding in Chinese and foreign accounting standards, capital markets and cross-border M & A business. Mr. Liu has served as executive director and CFO of Hong Kong listed company Landsea Group (HK106). He is currently an independent director of Hong Kong listed company Zheng Heng International Holdings (HK185).

Mr. Liu graduated from University of International Business and Economics (UIBE).

Armin Chen

Armin Chen, partner of KW Capital. Before joining KW Capital, Mr. Chen has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent four years in auditing, four years in M & A advisory. Armin was responsible for and participated in more than 20 M & A advisory services and due diligence projects, and 3 of which are large projects with transaction amount over RMB10 billion.

Mr. Chen has also served in investment department of Midea Group, and responsible for the Group's overseas investment business. Having rich experience in M & A program design, business negotiation, M & A implementation and due diligence. He is currently independent director of listed company Guangdong Aofei Data Technology Co., Ltd. (300738) and Guangdong SACA precision manufacturing Co., Ltd. (300464).

Mr. Chen graduated from Sun-Yat-Sen University.

Sabina Liu

Sabina Liu, director of KW Group. Before joining KW Capital, Ms. Liu was an assistant professor of teaching and research in Lingnan (University) College, Sun Yat-sen University for more than 10 years. During which she is responsible for teaching MBA courses of financial statements analysis, corporate finance, M & A and other financial related courses, and engaged in macro and micro financial research. Her professional papers were published in academic journals many times. At the same time, Ms. Liu often in-depth engaged in corporate research and analysis of strategic status, business processes and financial situation and providing management consulting advice. Each year, Ms. Liu guide the business school students on strategic & financial analysis and business valuation report of dozens of listed companies. During this period, Ms. Liu also visited Sloan School of Business at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a visiting scholar twice.

Ms. Liu has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen Certified Public Accountants, providing auditing and advisory services to clients.

Ms. Liu is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Master of Economics, National University of Singapore, Ph.D. in Economics, Sun Yat-sen University.
