Meeting with DLA Piper
On November 10, 2017, our partner Mr. Liu met with partners from DLA Piper Nordics in Hong Kong. DLA Piper is a global law firm which has maintained long-term partnership with KW Capital, and has completed many European M&A projects cooperated with KW Capital.
The main purpose of DLA Piper's trip to China was for the road shows briefing Chinese investors on the investment opportunities in Northern Europe. And during the meeting with KW Capital in Hong Kong, DLA Piper introduced the details of its Nordic companies, and discussed the industry status quo on European projects and potential opportunities for cooperation, as well as cultural differences between Northern Europe and China.
Through this meeting, KW Capital and DLA Piper further confirmed the partnership and looked forward to future cooperation.
