Key Wealth Capital assisted Transmit Entertainment (hk1326) to divest non-core cinema assets. At the end of 2017, we assisted Transmit Entertainment to acquire PM Pictures, the predecessor of the listed company. In 2019, we helped them to inject core assets - Houhai culture into the listed company. And now we assist them to spin off their non-core assets.
