Overseas M&A training invited by SHENZHEN Stock Exchange
From October 22, 2015 to 23, Shenzhen stock exchange invited us KW Capital in October 22, 2015 as a lecturer in the 1st Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Cross-border M & A Training Session to educate participators the key issue of cross-border mergers and acquisitions valuation and pricing.
As Chinese policy of "going out" are getting strengthened and the fact of restricting the numbers of domestic high-quality mergers and acquisitions target companies, therefore Cross-border M & A have become an important choice for domestic listed companies. Shenzhen stock exchange noted that the listed companies had such a clear trend of getting involved in Cross-border M & A, then held the training for senior management of listed companies. The training has been a positive response from listed companies, more than 100 listed companies, a total of about 160 people to participate. The lecturers were from Huatai Securities, Ernst & Young, Jindu law firm and KW Capital.
